1 on 1 appointments:
Our team understands that no two individuals are the same, which is why we design appropriate exercise programs following a comprehensive assessment to meet the goals and underlying pathology of the individual.
Home visits are designed for those individuals who are less mobile and who are being cared for at home. Most of the problems faced by the elderly can be managed at home with simple yet effective exercises. Our qualified Exercise Physiologists will provide valuable home assistance in improving functional mobility and quality of life.
Our individual and/or group hydrotherapy services are guided by one of our Exercise Physiologists in a safe, friendly and relaxing atmosphere for patients of all ages. Hydrotherapy can increase muscle, bone and joint strength, increasing flexibility and movement, relieve pain and muscle spasm and improve balance, co-ordination and posture.
In today’s society we are faced with extended working hours often resulting in increased stress levels leading employees to develop chronic conditions (depression, back pain and others). At Melinda Weaver – Exercise Physiologist we ensure our programs have measurable targets and outcomes in order to demonstrate the value add and return on investment to your business.
